Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what data gtax.dev collects, how we use it, and how it relates to Discord sign-in, Stripe billing, and AI-assisted features.
Last updated: April 29, 2026
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:
- Discord account data used for sign-in, such as your Discord ID, display name, and avatar;
- your email address if you choose to grant Discord email access during sign-in;
- account data such as token balance, subscription state, and saved session history;
- payment and billing identifiers returned by Stripe for purchases and subscriptions;
- files, prompts, reference images, and generated outputs you submit through the tools;
- encrypted personal API keys you choose to store for supported AI providers; and
- basic technical logs needed for reliability, abuse prevention, and debugging.
2. How we use information
We use collected information to:
- authenticate users and keep accounts working;
- deliver free and paid features, including saved history and subscription access;
- process purchases, reconcile payments, and provide billing support;
- secure the service, prevent abuse, and investigate technical failures; and
- comply with accounting, legal, and operational requirements.
3. Third-party services
gtax.dev relies on third-party services to operate certain features. Discord is used for authentication. Stripe is used for card payments, subscriptions, and customer billing portal functions. AI-assisted image features may send prompts and images to supported model providers such as OpenAI or Google Gemini when you choose to use those features.
4. Stored API keys
If you save your own supported AI provider key inside gtax.dev, the key is stored encrypted server-side and used only to make requests on your behalf for the feature you triggered. You can remove stored keys later from the related settings UI when available.
5. Cookies and sessions
gtax.dev uses essential cookies and session data for sign-in, security, and keeping your account session active. These are required for authenticated features to work correctly.
6. Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain account history, resolve billing issues, and satisfy legal or accounting obligations. Some billing and transaction records may be retained longer than general session data.
7. Your choices
You can choose whether to share your Discord email during sign-in, whether to save your own AI provider keys, and whether to keep using paid features. For account, billing, or data questions, contact support using the details on the Support page.
