2. Subscription management
If you have a Stripe-backed Pro subscription, sign in to gtax.dev and use the Manage subscription action on the pricing page or in the user menu. That opens Stripe billing portal for cancellation, payment-method changes, and subscription self-service.
3. What to include in a billing request
To help us find the payment quickly, include the purchase date, amount charged, your gtax.dev account details, and any Stripe receipt or checkout details you have available.
4. Product support scope
Support can help with account access, investigate billing errors, and review service-side failures. Support does not reverse valid completed token purchases or billed subscription periods except where mandatory rights apply under applicable law. It also does not guarantee that we can repair every third-party asset, AI output, or modding workflow submitted through the tool.
