Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds are handled for token purchases and subscriptions on gtax.dev.

1. Token purchases

Tokens are generally non-refundable once they have been used to perform a paid action. If a paid action failed due to a service error and the tokens were charged, contact support and we will investigate and reverse charges where appropriate.

2. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing period remains active through its end date.

3. Refund requests

For refund requests outside the above cases, contact support with your account email, the transaction ID, and a brief description of the issue. We review requests case by case.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting support, your account may be paused while the dispute is investigated. We prefer to resolve issues directly with you.
