Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using gtax.dev you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account access

Authenticated features require sign-in through Discord. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure. You must be permitted to use Discord and Stripe in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful activity;
• attempt to bypass technical limits, rate limits, or anti-abuse mechanisms;
• upload content you do not have rights to use;
• use the service to harass, defame, or harm others; or
• resell paid features without an authorized arrangement.

4. Paid features and tokens

Some features are paid and consume tokens or require an active subscription. Pricing is shown before paid actions are committed. Stripe handles payments and billing portal access.

5. Lucky Wheel and promotional features

The Lucky Wheel and any similar promotional features are offered free of charge. Entry never requires a payment, purchase, subscription, wager, or stake of any kind, and any registered user may take part without spending money.

Prizes are awarded as tokens or service credits that can only be used inside gtax.dev. They carry no cash value and are not redeemable, exchangeable, transferable, or payable for money, and they cannot be withdrawn or cashed out. The outcome of each play is determined by us and gives no entitlement to cash.

Because entry is free and prizes are not redeemable for money, these features are not gambling, a game of chance, or a lottery, including within the meaning of the Polish Gambling Act of 19 November 2009 (Ustawa o grach hazardowych). We may change, limit, suspend, or withdraw these features at any time.

6. AI-assisted features

Some features rely on AI model providers. You are responsible for the prompts and reference content you submit. Generated outputs are provided as-is and may require review before use.

7. Intellectual property

You retain rights to files you upload. We retain rights to the gtax.dev service, its design, and its codebase. References to GTA V, Rockstar Games, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. gtax.dev is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games.

8. Service changes

Features may change, be added, or be removed. We aim to provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid features.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for incidental or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, fraud, or to protect the service. You can stop using the service at any time.
