These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of gtax.dev, including free and paid features, account access, and content you submit through the tools.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using gtax.dev you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Account access
Authenticated features require sign-in through Discord. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure. You must be permitted to use Discord and Stripe in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for unlawful activity;
- attempt to bypass technical limits, rate limits, or anti-abuse mechanisms;
- upload content you do not have rights to use;
- use the service to harass, defame, or harm others; or
- resell paid features without an authorized arrangement.
4. Paid features and tokens
Some features are paid and consume tokens or require an active subscription. Pricing is shown before paid actions are committed. Stripe handles payments and billing portal access.
5. AI-assisted features
Some features rely on AI model providers. You are responsible for the prompts and reference content you submit. Generated outputs are provided as-is and may require review before use.
6. Intellectual property
You retain rights to files you upload. We retain rights to the gtax.dev service, its design, and its codebase. References to GTA V, Rockstar Games, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. gtax.dev is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games.
7. Service changes
Features may change, be added, or be removed. We aim to provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid features.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for incidental or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, fraud, or to protect the service. You can stop using the service at any time.
